Who We Are?

We are Caroline Roadshow and we have years of entertaining experience. We offer a professional attitude to every occasion giving You and Your guests one of the best nights of your life. We offer top of the range digital quality sound via PC and CD players coupled with an excellent lighting display which can be adjusted to your needs and requirements. We specialise in Weddings, Birthday Parties for all ages, General Parties, Theme Nights, Club nights and many more. If what you require isn’t on the list then don't hesitate to contact us.

We will guarantee that your personal and specific wishes are catered for, and your event is tailored to your own unique and individual requirements. What to expect ...

As standard you will receive a quality lighting show to suit your venue, and also an appropriate sized sound system according to how many people you are expecting and size of venue etc. You will receive full terms & conditions, along with confirmation of your booking details in the post.

These are to confirm your booking, and also to make sure your details are correct. This is also to confirm that no matter what, we will make sure there WILL be a DJ present at your event. This is also to confirm to us that we are booked, and that we will be paid for turning up and completing your event.

How will the DJ look?

No matter how formal or casual your event, your DJ will be dressed suitably.

What about noise?

If the sound levels need turning up or down, just have a polite word with us and the audio level will be adjusted accordingly.

How about a certain record?

If you have a special record you would like played on your night please request at the time of booking and we will do everything in our power to obtain a copy.

 

Summary

We do our best to squeeze in as many requests as possible whilst still leaving time to play loads of floor fillers and party classics. The music will be varied depending on the age group and requests of the guests and whatever happens to keep them on the dance floor and enjoying themselves. You are the most important part of the business. We aim to make your event a memorable one. For instance, if you are getting married you will want the best disco for your venue. Past experience shows that age groups can vary in musical taste, therefore we must be able to cater for everyone. And above all it keeps the dance floor full.

We prefer to set up the disco sometime during the day, however if this is unsuitable for you and your plans, we will need about an hour before the disco is due to start to get the equipment set up, and give enough time to install lighting, smoke machines and test sound systems etc.

Radio mics, smoke machines and different forms of lighting are used on all functions. Spare leads, bulbs, fuses and extension cables are carried for emergencies.
